About us

STARTECH spol. s r.o. is a Czech private engineering company founded in 1996.

We are engaged in precision machining of all common and special materials using progressive CNC technology, while using the latest equipment in the industry for the production.

We specialise in:

medium, small-series and piece production of complex and precise parts
we carry out assemblies in a clean environment
balancing rotating parts
material separation
small metalwork

We're able to provide all common types of surface treatments and heat treatments in co-operation with long-term verified suppliers.

We have production and assembly rooms with a total area of over 6,300 m², in two locations - production workshops of STARTECH fab. 1 in Říčany u Brna and STARTECH fab. 2 in Rosice u Brna. We plan to further develop the company in the coming years in the new premises in Rosice u Brna, which has a total area of over 28,000 m².

Our company currently employs 180 full-time employees with a total turnover of € 11.5 mil. (2021).

Our certificates

We are holders of quality management system certificates according to international standards of ISO 9001:2015 and EN AS9100 rev.D for production in aerospace and cosmic industry. Both certificates were issued by the prestigious Lloyd's Register qualification organization (LRQA).

Installation in a clean environment

Assembly is performed in a controlled environment according to ISO 14644-1, class 7 (FED STD 209E: 10 000 class).

We work with customers from all over the world

Our satisfied customers include companies from the Czech Republic, the EU (France, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Slovakia, Great Britain ...) as well as the USA, which are profiled mainly from aerospace manufacturers (aircraft engines, fuel pumps and control systems, auxiliary power units, braking systems, structural elements of airplanes and space probes, interior elements of civil and military aircraft ...), scientific instruments (electron microscopes, nano-level spectrometers, laser interferometers, optotronics ...) and equipment for automation and robotic applications (servomotors, automation lines ...).
